2010 ACF Symposium
Filipino Flavors:
Tradition + Innovation

May 15-16, 2010

San Francisco, California

Join the Asian Culinary Forum in the heart of San Francisco for an exciting, weekend-long celebration of the foods of the Philippines.

Visit our symposium page to see the line-up of events. And don’t miss the Chef Panel! With chefs from San Francisco, New York and Metro Manila, you’ll learn how each of these cities is helping transform Filipino cusine. Then meet the chefs and taste some of their signature specialties.

We’ve gathered a highly seasoned, perfectly spiced blend of chefs, scholars, writers, winemakers and musicians for two days of special events. Focus on the topic closest to your heart or indulge in an all-weekend, all-symposium pass.

Many thanks to our valuable event partners for helping make this symposium possible: The Art Institute of California-San Francisco, the Consulate General of the Philippines, Asia Society Northern California, and Culinary Historians of Northern California.
