Asian Culinary Forum Spring Happy Hour FundraiserThursday, April 12, 6-9 pm SPACE 1582 (formerly Mercury Lounge) As the blossoms open amid tender tatsoi and feathery mizuna, all of us here at the Asian Culinary Forum look forward to reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones at our spring happy hour fundraiser. We’ll be announcing the topic of our 2012 Symposium and offering a preview of the fabulous events we’re putting together for you. Chef Dominic Ainza of Mercury Matters and SPACE 1582 will showcase tasty bar bites with ingredients from Sun Fat Seafood Company, Heirloom Organic Gardens and Far West Fungi, while VuQo Premium Vodka and Sun Tropics mix up special cocktails for us. 10% of the food and drink proceeds will be donated to the Asian Culinary Forum to support our educational programming.
